Combining vulnerable storytelling with dark electropop, 20-year-old Danish singer-songwriter Sofie Mathiasen invites you to her alternative pop music universe drenched in raw intimacy and poetic expression.
Born in Austria with a childhood spent in South America, she is now based in Århus, Denmark, where she studies at the Royal Academy of Music. Alongside her studies, Sofie’s live presence has brought her to stages in Denmark and beyond, including SPOT Festival (Århus, 2025) and appearing as an opening act for Oskar Haag’s Lullaby Tour.
Her new single “FU” will be out on Friday, November 21 – a female power dance pop anthem for the broken hearted.
