Combining vulnerable storytelling with dark electropop, 20-year-old Danish singer-songwriter Sofie Mathiasen invites you to her alternative pop music universe drenched in raw intimacy and poetic expression.
Born in Austria with a childhood spent in South America, she is now based in Århus, Denmark, where she studies at the Royal Academy of Music. Alongside her studies, Sofie’s live presence has brought her to stages in Denmark and beyond, including SPOT Festival (Århus, 2025) and appearing as an opening act for Oskar Haag’s Lullaby Tour.
Her debut EP “Before We Say Goodbye” brings her “teen pop years” full circle, featuring her earlier singles as well as the brand new track “Chasing Sunsets“.
